Zen Technologies soars on completing acquisition of 51% stake in Unistring Tech Solutions

Zen Technologies is currently trading at Rs. 72.55, up by 1.55 points or 2.18% from its previous closing of Rs. 71.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 71.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 72.85 and Rs. 70.65 respectively. So far 1461 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘B’ stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 120.65 on 14-May-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 53.00 on 29-Oct-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 74.80 and Rs. 69.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 559.41 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 59.49%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.09% and 40.42% respectively.

Zen Technologies has completed acquisition of 51% stake in Unistring Tech Solutions. Accordingly, Unistring Tech Solutions became subsidiary of Zen Technologies with effect from May 08, 2019.

Zen Technologies specializes in making simulators and imparting training since 1993. It has an innovative research and development division and is recognized as an in-house R&D unit by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR).
