Meghmani Organics rises on repaying term loan of Rs 166.83 crore

Mumbai : Meghmani Organics is currently trading at Rs. 65.55, up by 0.95 points or 1.47% from its previous closing of Rs. 64.60 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 65.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 65.25 and Rs. 65.05 respectively. So far 54188 shares were traded on the counter. The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 114.40 on 08-May-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 42.10 on 06-Feb-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 66.45 and Rs. 59.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1642.87 crore. The promoters holding in the company stood at 50.68%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 2.14% and 47.18% respectively. Meghmani Organics (MOL) has repaid total term loan including regular installment Rs 166.83 crore. After this repayment the company’s has outstanding term loan of Rs 127 crore as on March 31, 2019.
