INOX Leisure declines on reporting 17% fall in Q4 consolidated net profit

INOX Leisure is currently trading at Rs. 304.80, down by 5.50 points or 1.77% from its previous closing of Rs. 310.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 315.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 315.00 and Rs. 303.00 respectively. So far 11765 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 344.00 on 01-Apr-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 189.65 on 11-Oct-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 321.20 and Rs. 298.85 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3156.19 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.89%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 32.73% and 15.37% respectively.

INOX Leisure has reported a fall of 16.70% in its net profit at Rs 48.07 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 57.71 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 46.76% at Rs 484.08 crore for Q4FY19 as compared Rs 329.85 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a fall of 16.66% in its net profit at Rs 48.08 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 57.69 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 46.76% at Rs 484.09 crore for Q4FY19 as compared Rs 329.85 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2019, the company has reported a rise of 16.43% in its net profit at Rs 133.47 crore as compared to Rs 114.64 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 25.28 % at Rs 1,707.08 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 1,362.56 crore for year ended March 31, 2018.

For the year ended March 31, 2019, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported a rise of 16.45% in its net profit at Rs 133.49 crore as compared to Rs 114.63 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 25.28% at Rs 1,707.10 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 1,362.58 crore for year ended March 31, 2018.
