Datamatics Global Services has acquired additional 10% equity stake consisting of 5,50,000 fully paid Equity Shares of Rs 1 each in Datamatics Digital (Earlier known as Techjini Solutions), the Subsidiary Company.
The objective of this acquisition is to further strengthen Datamatics’ enterprise mobility offerings through target Company’s range of smart technology solutions. It will enable the acquirer and target Company to offer wider and comprehensive suite of solutions to their existing customers and expand operations in India and US.
