Arvind has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2019. The company has reported a fall of 7.43% in its net profit at Rs 62.66 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 67.69 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company marginally increased by 1.26% at Rs 1,691.27 crore for Q4FY19 as compared Rs 1,670.15 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a fall of 42.23% in its net profit at Rs 66.71 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 115.47 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company marginally increased by 0.86% at Rs 1,879.03 crore for Q4FY19 as compared Rs 1,863.03 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
For the year ended March 31, 2019, the company has reported a fall of 20.24% in its net profit at Rs 199.44 crore as compared to Rs 250.04 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company marginally increased by 2.08% at Rs 6,539.81 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 6,406.59 crore for year ended March 31, 2018.
For the year ended March 31, 2019, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported a fall of 27.67% in its net profit at Rs 228.41 crore as compared to Rs 315.81 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 5.22% at Rs 7,225.92 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 6,867.71 crore for year ended March 31, 2018.
