The acquired company provides Adani Defence and Aerospace a strong Tier – I capability for building a base for graduating to platform capabilities. The key Business Areas of Alpha Design Technologies is in Defence Electronics, Avionics, Aero-structure Assemblies, Space and Satellite Systems, Simulators etc.
Adani Enterprises is an infrastructure company. The company is engaged in coal trading, coal mining, oil and gas exploration, ports, multimodal logistics, power generation and transmission, and gas distribution.
