Travel Food Services Rises After Subsidiary Signs F&B License Deal with Delhi Airport

Mumbai, October 13 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of Travel Food Services Ltd (TFS) edged higher on Monday after its wholly owned subsidiary, TFS Gurgaon Airport Services, signed a License Agreement with Delhi International Airport Ltd (DIAL) to operate food and beverage outlets at Terminal 2 of Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi.

The stock was trading at ₹1,347.90, up ₹4.70 or 0.35%, from its previous close of ₹1,343.20 on the BSE. The scrip opened at ₹1,344.45, touching an intraday high of ₹1,369.00 and a low of ₹1,342.25, with 2,255 shares traded so far.

The BSE Group ‘B’ stock, with a face value of ₹1, has a 52-week high of ₹1,432.00 (recorded on October 9, 2025) and a 52-week low of ₹1,009.00 (on August 4, 2025). Over the past week, the scrip has traded between ₹1,432.00 and ₹1,314.00. The company’s current market capitalization stands at ₹17,824.79 crore.

The promoter shareholding in the company is 86.19%, while institutional investors hold 7.99% and non-institutional investors account for 5.82%.

New License to Expand F&B Operations at Delhi Airport

Under the agreement, TFS Gurgaon Airport Services will design, develop, set up, operate, manage, and maintain a range of food and beverage (F&B) outlets at Terminal 2 for a period of three years. The license terms include the payment of license fees, minimum guarantee amounts, and other associated charges as per the agreement.

This move further strengthens TFS’s presence in India’s fast-growing airport hospitality sector, positioning the company to capitalize on increasing passenger footfall and demand for high-quality dining experiences at travel hubs.
