New Delhi, September 28 (Udaipur Kiran) – The upcoming trading week is set to witness significant activity in the primary market, with as many as 20 companies launching their Initial Public Offerings (IPOs). Of these, 4 IPOs belong to the mainboard segment, while the remaining 16 will open under the SME segment. Additionally, investors will be able to bid for 14 IPOs that opened for subscription last week.
Along with a surge of new IPOs, the stock market will also see heavy listing activity. In just four trading days, shares of 26 companies will make their debut on the exchanges. Notably, 9 companies will be listed on September 30 and 8 more on October 1.
Key Mainboard IPOs Opening This Week
On September 29, Glottis Limited’s mainboard IPO worth ₹307 crore will open for subscription and close on October 1. The price band has been fixed at ₹120–₹129 per share with a lot size of 114 shares. The shares are expected to list on October 7 on BSE and NSE.
On the same day, Om Freight Forwarders will open its ₹122.31 crore IPO, closing on October 3, with a price band of ₹128–₹135 and a lot size of 111 shares. Listing is likely on October 8.
Fabtech Technologies will also open its ₹230.35 crore IPO on September 29, closing on October 1, with a price band of ₹181–₹191 and a lot size of 75 shares. Listing is expected on October 7.
SME Segment IPOs Opening on September 29
Among SME IPOs, Dhillon Freight Carrier will open its ₹10.08 crore issue at ₹72 per share (lot size: 1,600 shares), closing on October 1, with listing expected on October 7 (BSE SME).
Om Metalogic will launch a ₹25.35 crore issue at ₹86 per share (lot: 1,600), closing on October 1 and listing on October 7.
Vijay PD Sceuticals will open a ₹19.25 crore issue at ₹35 per share (lot: 4,000), closing October 1, to list on October 7 (NSE SME).
