Spandana Sphoorty Financial inches up on raising Rs 25 crore through NCDs

Spandana Sphoorty Financial is currently trading at Rs. 546.15, up by 0.55 points or 0.10% from its previous closing of Rs. 545.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 541.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 548.85 and Rs. 541.80 respectively. So far 61 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 650.00 on 19-Sep-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 288.75 on 20-Jun-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 551.65 and Rs. 528.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3896.03 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 63.01%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 28.49% and 8.50% respectively.

Spandana Sphoorty Financial has raised Rs 25 crore through allotment of 2500 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) having face value of Rs 1 lakh each, at par each, on a private placement basis. The Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide its resolution dated April 10, 2023, has approved and allotted the same.
