Shriram Transport Finance gains on getting nod to issue $250 million Senior Secured Notes

Shriram Transport Finance Company is currently trading at Rs. 1049.00, up by 5.95 points or 0.57% from its previous closing of Rs. 1043.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1047.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1058.55 and Rs. 1039.00 respectively. So far 28437 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1476.00 on 06-Aug-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 903.50 on 08-Oct-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1076.95 and Rs. 1020.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 23810.21 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 26.08%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 54.83% and 19.09% respectively.

Shriram Transport Finance Company has received an approval for issuance of $250,000,000 Senior Secured Notes (to be consolidated and form a single Series with the $500,000,000 5.950 percent Senior Secured Notes due 2022 issued on April 24, 2019) under the $2,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme established on April 05, 2019. The Bond Issuance Committee of the company at its meeting held on July 11, 2019 has approved for the same.
