has received approval to acquire further 20% of the equity share capital in Dreamorbit Softech, a subsidiary of the Company. With this acquisition, the company’s equity share capital will increase from 80% to 100%. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2019 has approved the same.
The cost of acquisition involved in acquiring the third tranche of 20% of equity stake in Dreamorbit Softech will be not exceeding an amount of Rs 8.50 crore.
