Plan I Health s.r.l. a subsidiary of Poly Medicure BV and in turn an ‘indirect subsidiary’ of Poly Medicure will now become the wholly owned subsidiary of Poly Medicure BV and in turn an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Poly Medicure.
