PNB Housing Finance surges on getting nod to raise Rs 2,000 crore via NCDs

PNB Housing Finance is currently trading at Rs. 348.05, up by 4.35 points or 1.27% from its previous closing of Rs. 343.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 345.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 358.05 and Rs. 344.10 respectively. So far 12349 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 794.00 on 12-Jul-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 312.00 on 12-May-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 409.95 and Rs. 340.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5918.01 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 32.57%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 26.29% and 41.14% respectively.

PNB Housing Finance has received approval for issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating up to Rs 2,000 crore on private placement basis.

The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on June 14, 2022 has inter-alia considered and approved the same.

PNB Housing Finance is a registered housing finance company with National Housing Bank (NHB).

They provide housing loans to individuals and corporate bodies for construction, purchase, repair and up-gradation of houses.
