Onmobile Global shares gained nearly 4% on Tuesday after the company announced a strategic partnership with Dialog Axiata PLC, Sri Lanka’s leading connectivity provider.
The stock was trading at ₹67.69 on the BSE, up 3.72% from its previous close of ₹65.26. During the session, it touched an intraday high of ₹70.31 and a low of ₹64.23. More than 3.45 lakh shares were traded on the counter. The company’s market capitalisation currently stands at ₹728.30 crore.
Partnership Details
Under the agreement, Onmobile Global will act as the Master Aggregator for Dialog’s Value-Added Services (VAS) portfolio. The collaboration strengthens the long-standing association between the two firms.
The Master Aggregator platform will connect Dialog with multiple third-party content providers, consolidating entertainment, mobile gaming, infotainment and education services into a single ecosystem. This integration aims to simplify operations, ensure regulatory compliance, streamline payouts and enhance business scalability for Dialog in Sri Lanka.
Onmobile’s mandate spans the entire VAS ecosystem, covering customer lifecycle management, technical integration, billing, support and analytics. The end-to-end solution will enable Dialog to deliver personalised content, improve customer engagement and ensure faster, consistent service delivery.
Onmobile Global is engaged in offering value-added services such as Ringback Tones, Digital Content Store and Infotainment.
