Mahindra Lifespace Developers trades in green on the BSE

Mumbai : Mahindra Lifespace Developers is currently trading at Rs. 414.00, up by 2.55 points or 0.62% from its previous closing of Rs. 411.45 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 407.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 414.00 and Rs. 403.65 respectively. So far 108 shares were traded on the counter. The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 616.00 on 25-Jun-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 351.90 on 27-Mar-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 421.40 and Rs. 395.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2111.35 crore. The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.53%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 22.54% and 25.93% respectively. Mahindra World City Jaipur, a joint venture between Mahindra Lifespace Developers (MLDL) and Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RIICO), has inaugurated a Digital Literacy Centre in nearby Laliya-Ka-Bas village, as part of its CSR efforts to support inclusive development via widespread digital literacy.

Laliya-Ka-Bas is home to about 600 inhabitants and is the third village identified by Mahindra World City Jaipur for implementation of its community digital literacy program. Mahindra Lifespace Developers is the real estate and infrastructure development business of the $19 billion Mahindra Group, and a pioneer of sustainable urbanization in India.
