Kings Infra Ventures Jumps After MoU With Andhra Pradesh Government

Mumbai, 17 November 2025 (Udaipur Kiran). Kings Infra Ventures gained over 5% on the BSE after the company signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Andhra Pradesh to develop a large-scale Rs 2,500 crore, 500-acre Kings Maritime Aquaculture Technology Park near Srikakulam, close to Visakhapatnam.

The stock was trading at Rs 164.45, up 8.25 points or 5.28% from its previous close of Rs 156.20. It opened at Rs 161.00 and moved between a high of Rs 167.00 and a low of Rs 159.30. A total of 66,751 shares were traded so far.

The BSE Group ‘X’ stock, with a face value of Rs 10, touched a 52-week high of Rs 178.00 on 10 September 2025 and a 52-week low of Rs 106.00 on 7 April 2025. During the past week, the scrip traded between Rs 167.00 and Rs 150.00. The company’s current market capitalisation stands at Rs 403.11 crore.

Promoters hold 68.78% of the company’s equity, while non-institutional investors hold 31.22%.

MoU for Aquaculture Technology Park

Under the MoU, the Andhra Pradesh government has nominated the District Collector of Srikakulam to identify appropriate land parcels and fast-track required statutory approvals. This will allow immediate commencement of Phase I operations once land allocation is finalised.

The project will be developed through a Rs 500 crore direct investment by the company, participating investors and institutions for core infrastructure, processing and R&D facilities. An additional Rs 2,000 crore is expected to come indirectly through ancillary industries, tank-based systems, MSMEs and renewable energy clusters.

Designed as a first-of-its-kind innovation hub, the Technology Park will include hatcheries, indoor farming systems, multi-species culture units, processing lines, a marine bio-actives division and an AI-driven digital operations centre.
