Insolation Energy Gains as Arm Incorporates New Subsidiaries for Solar Power Projects

Mumbai, Sept 10 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of Insolation Energy traded higher on Tuesday after its subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy, announced the incorporation of three wholly owned subsidiaries dedicated to renewable energy projects.

The stock was quoting at Rs 207.00 on the BSE, up 0.80 points or 0.39% from its previous close of Rs 206.20. It opened at Rs 206.00 and touched a high of Rs 207.45 and a low of Rs 204.10 during the session. About 32,500 shares changed hands.

Three New SPVs Incorporated

On September 9, 2025, Insolation Green Energy incorporated PED Green Infra One, JRD Green Infra One, and MVS Green Infra One as special purpose vehicles (SPVs).

The new SPVs will focus on:

  • Solar power plant development

  • Erection, installation, and construction of renewable energy projects

  • Operation, maintenance, and consultancy services

  • Rooftop solar (RTS) photovoltaic projects including design, supply, erection, testing, commissioning, and comprehensive O&M.

Stock and Market Performance

The BSE Group ‘M’ stock, with a face value of Re 1, has a 52-week high of Rs 475.00 (Nov 8, 2024) and a 52-week low of Rs 205.50 (Sept 10, 2025).

Over the past week, the stock has traded between Rs 220.00 (high) and Rs 204.10 (low). The company’s current market capitalisation is Rs 4,543.47 crore.

Promoters hold 66.02%, while institutions own 1.36% and non-institutional investors 32.62%.
