State: Gujarat. Email id: [email protected] is shifting to new premises with effect from February 04, 2019. New Address: CAMS Service Centre, Shop No. G-5, International Commerce Center, Near kadiwala School, Majura Gate, Ring Road, Surat – 395 002. State: Gujarat. Email id: [email protected].
All the other provisions of the SID/KIM of the schemes remain unchanged.
