ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced Addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID)/ Key Information Memorandum (KIM) ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund (MF).
ICICI Prudential MF has informed that that MICR cheques, Transfer cheques and Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) requests during the New Fund Offer (NFO) Period will be accepted up to April 24, 2023. Accordingly, the relevant sections of the SID / KIM of the Scheme stand modified.
All the other provisions of the SID and KIM of the Scheme, except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM of the Scheme, as amended from time to time.
