New Delhi, October 31 (Udaipur Kiran): After witnessing a brief rise on Thursday, the domestic bullion market saw a decline in gold and silver prices on Friday. Gold became cheaper by Rs 870 to Rs 940 per 10 grams, while silver prices dropped by Rs 1,200 per kilogram. Experts attribute this fall to the strengthening of the US dollar as trade tensions between the United States and China eased.

Market analysts believe the short-term decline is due to global currency movements and profit-booking by traders after recent gains. However, domestic demand is expected to remain stable due to the ongoing festive and wedding season.
