Dilip Buildcon soars on receiving LoA for Kharkai Dam project in Jharkhand

Dilip Buildcon is currently trading at Rs. 408.00, up by 4.65 points or 1.15% from its previous closing of Rs. 403.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 395.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 420.00 and Rs. 395.10 respectively. So far 14882 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 888.00 on 16-Aug-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 311.55 on 05-Feb-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 420.00 and Rs. 367.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5634.91 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 75.63%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 14.62% and 9.75% respectively.

Dilip Buildcon has received the letter of acceptance (LoA) from the Water Resources Department, Government of Jharkhand. The project is for the construction of Kharkai Dam at Icha with all control gates and its allied works including civil, Mechanical (with Design of Gates), Electrical and SCADA System under SMP in the state of Jharkhand. The project cost is Rs 972.28 crore and the completion period is 36 months.

Dilip Buildcon’s core business is undertaking construction projects across India in the roads and irrigation sectors. They specialize in constructing state and national highways, city roads, culverts and bridges.
