Dilip Buildcon gains on executing EPC Agreement for Karnataka project

Dilip Buildcon is currently trading at Rs. 367.75, up by 3.25 points or 0.89% from its previous closing of Rs. 364.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 365.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 375.60 and Rs. 365.00 respectively. So far 5815 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 848.95 on 31-Aug-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 311.55 on 05-Feb-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 387.10 and Rs. 351.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5040.65 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 75.63%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 14.62% and 9.75% respectively.

Dilip Buildcon has executed the EPC Agreement with the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, New Delhi, for the project ‘Construction Of Extra-Dosed Bridge across Sharavathi Backwaters’ in the state of Karnataka.
