Ashiana Housing soars on commencing booking of units in phase 1 of `Ashiana Prakriti` project

Ashiana Housing is currently trading at Rs. 145.45, up by 1.15 points or 0.80% from its previous closing of Rs. 144.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 144.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 149.00 and Rs. 143.00 respectively. So far 2188 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 179.00 on 09-Nov-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 113.65 on 20-Jun-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 149.00 and Rs. 137.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1493.32 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 61.22%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 16.06% and 22.71% respectively.

Ashiana Housing has commenced booking of units in phase 1 of the project 'Ashiana Prakriti' at Jamshedpur in Jharkhand. The company has booked all the 162 units (Sale Value: Rs 136.19 crore, Area Booked: 2,57,170 sq. ft) available for sale. 'Ashiana Prakriti' phase 1 is a Premium Homes project wherein the company had launched 156 units of 2 BHK & 3 BHK, and 6 penthouses.
