Adani Power’s arm receives LoA for supply of 295 MW Power

Adani Power’s wholly owned subsidiary — Raigarh Energy Generation (REGL) has been issued a Letter of Award (LoA) by PFC Consulting for supply of total 295 MW Power (i.e. 185 MW Power to Tamilnadu Generation & Distribution Corporation and 110 MW Power to Telangana State Power Coordination Committee, hereinafter collectively referred to as Discoms) from its 600 MW Power Plant situated at Raigarh, Chhattisgarh, for a period of 3 years under Pilot Scheme-II through NHPC.

In terms of the said-referred LoA, REGL will be required to sign an Agreement for Procurement of Power (APP) with NHPC (Aggregator) under Pilot Scheme-II, after requisite approvals from the respective Appropriate Commissions by Discoms.

Adani Power is engaged in the business of generation, accumulation, distribution and supply of power and to generally deal in electricity and to explore, develop, generate, accumulate, supply and distribute or to deal in other forms of energy from any source whatsoever.
