Himalaya Food International is planning to sell agriculture land situated at NH-8 near Delhi to use the amount towards liquidation of its debt on approval of OTS (one time settlement) by the Banks. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on March 25, 2019, to consider the same.
