Mcleod Russel India has decided to dispose the Estates & Bearer Plants and Other Assets of Boroi Tea Estate of the Company in Assam, subject to due diligence by the proposed buyer and necessary approvals.
For the said purpose, the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Jatinga Agro Tech on March 08, 2019.
McLeod Russel India is a holding company. The company is engaged in manufacturing of tea in India.
