EbixCash World Money has acquired stake in Weizmann Forex, consisting of 83,28,540 equity shares at price of Rs 528 representing 74.84% on February 06, 2019 pursuant to share purchase agreement between the Promoter and Promoter Group of the company and EbixCash World Money and consequently are in control of the company. EbixCash World Money is now part of the Promoter and Promoter Group of the company.
