Housing finance companies gain after FM proposes setting up 1.95 crore houses under PMAY

Stocks related to Housing finance edged higher after Finance Minister has proposed setting up 1.95 crore houses under Pradhan Mantari Awas Yojna (PMAY).

Repco Home Finance is currently trading at Rs. 371.45, up by 1.55 points or 0.42% from its previous closing of Rs. 373.30 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 373.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 382.00 and Rs. 371.25 respectively.

Housing Development Finance Corporation is currently trading at Rs. 2282.55, up by 1.55 points or 0.07% from its previous closing of Rs. 2281.00 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 2280.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2300.85 and Rs. 2273.45 respectively.

Aavas Financiers is currently trading at Rs. 1518.95, up by 12.10 points or 0.80% from its previous closing of Rs. 1506.85 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 1520.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1534.00 and Rs. 1516.00 respectively.
