Made-in-India New Nissan Magnite Secures 5-Star Global NCAP Safety Rating

Udaipur – Nissan Motor India Pvt. Ltd. has proudly announced that the New Nissan Magnite has received an impressive 5-star overall safety rating from the Global New Car Assessment Programme (GNCAP). Manufactured at the company’s Chennai plant, the New Magnite is exported to over 65 countries, following Nissan’s global ‘One Car, One World’ strategy for both right-hand and left-hand drive markets.

The tested model—right-hand drive (RHD) variant sold in India and South Africa—scored a perfect 5-star rating in adult occupant safety and a 3-star rating in child occupant safety, culminating in an overall 5-star rating for passenger protection.
