Tech Mahindra has received an approval for the proposal to acquire 100% Equity Shares of Dynacommerce Holding BV, Netherlands. The Company through this acquisition will be able to enhance its capabilities in the customer experience layer.
Euro 4.39 million is estimated as initial value to be paid for the acquisition of shares. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on February 01, 2019 has approved the same.
