Dhanlaxmi Bank slips despite turning black in Q4

Dhanlaxmi Bank is currently trading at Rs. 19.35, down by 0.40 points or 2.03 % from its previous closing of Rs. 19.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 19.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 19.75 and Rs. 19.30 respectively. So far 30530 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘B’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 22.40 on 09-May-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 10.80 on 01-Oct-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 21.25 and Rs. 18.75 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 492.11 crore.

The Institutions and Non-Institutions holding in the bank stood at 13.71 % and 86.29 % respectively.

Dhanlaxmi Bank has reported a net profit of Rs 27.61crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2019, against net loss of Rs 17.16 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the Bank decreased by 2.60% at Rs 268.97 crore for the quarter under review as compared Rs 276.14 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2018.

For the year ended March 31, 2019, the Bank has posted a net profit of Rs 11.67 crore against net loss of Rs 24.87 crore for the same period in the previous year. However, total income of Bank decreased 8.21% at Rs 1,024.22 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 1,115.79 crore for the period ended March 31, 2018.
